Edwards, is a world leader in Engineering vacuum technology for industrial, scientific and semiconductor processing applications. The company develops, manufactures and supports a wide range of vacuum pumps, systems and accessories based on technologies capable of achieving high vacuums down to 10-10mbar.
Edwards invented the concept of the oil-free ‘dry’ pump and now markets a range of dry pumps using claw, roots, scroll and combined mechanisms. Other pumping technologies offered by the company include rotary vane, vapour diffusion and turbomolecular.
